He Gave Us Seeds of all Kinds
This is our Bible inspired SOUL FOOD program, presenting food from a Biblical point of view. The programs begins from the Book of Genesis where we learn about seeds that God gave us at the beginning of time in Genesis 1v29. Then in His generosity He gave us vegetables and all sorts of green plants in Genesis 1v30b. Then He gave us instructions on the meats we can it and the ones that are unhealthy for us in Leviticus 11:1-47. He gave us seafood & all other animals that moves on the ground for food in Genesis 9v3. He was very clear on what we are not to eat, all so that we may live a healthy life. What a loving and generous Father we have?

Seed Exploration
We will be exploring and looking at seeds of all types that God has blessed us with from all over the world. Every living thing has a seed. Every plant has a seed and produces seeds after its own kind. In this section we will examine all the different kinds of seed bearing plants and the food we have learned to make from them, including seasonings, herbs and all sorts of ingredients we flavour our food with today.

Vegetable & Herbs Exploration
The earth of full of vegetables of all sorts. We will be looking at vegetables from all over the world and how they are good food for us and how each native vegetable and their roots or fruits or leaves has become food for us which contains so many minerals that are excellent for our body. We will examine herbs and what is in them and explore how we use them in our daily diet. We will explore some of them such as Majoram, thyme, Coriander, Oregano, Parsley, Basil, Coriander, Chives, Sage, Bay leaves, Rosemary, Majoram and Taragon. The program will also look at wheat & barley cultivation, rice growing and harvesting techniques.

Seafood Exploration
In our seafood segment, we will look at all different types of fishes, how they are caught, packaged, brought to the market & sold to us. We will be speaking to fish mongers, fishermen and those involved in fishing and its associated industry as a whole. We will look at seafood packaging, processing and what is good for us and our families to eat. We will discuss and interview people who love fish and chips or wedges and discuss with them. It promises to be a very inetresting segment. You will see interviews with Pescatarians who eat all kinds of fish or seafood only, including salmon, tuna, prawns, and lobster, etc. Segments of the program will be a visit to the fish markets, locally and internationally to see what others eat and how they view & enjpy eating fish.

Poultry Exploraion
God made all types of poultry birds for man to eat. We depend on these birds a lot, especially chicken which graces the tables in so many households and restaurants, such as KFC and others. We will be speaking to farmers and exploring how birds are raised and made ready for our tables. Some are not raised humanely as the program will show. The program explores different birds, such as, ducks, goose, geese, pheasants, quails, chickens to Muscovy ducks, mallard ducks, turkeys, guinea fowl, geese, quail, pigeons, ostriches and pheasants. We will also examine the breeds and hybrids of the birds we feature. We will also look at poultry farming practices and the production of eggs. We will also explore backyard chicken farming from time to time. It promises to be an informative program.

Meat Exploration
There are so many animals that God created for us to enjoy and not exploit. Man has got good at raising animals of all sorts, including sheep, goats, cows & deer. Different types of red meat remain some of the most popular kinds of meat on the planet. Red meat usually contains more saturated fat than white meat and, therefore, more calories. A common type of red meat is processed meat. The program looks in more detail at the many examples of red meat there is and how they are beneficial to us. The program will be talking to farmers, those who work at abbatoirs, butchers and those who use them in food preparation.

Fusion Cooking Style!
This segnent of the proram explores all styles of using herbs, cooking vegetables, roots & legumes, fish menus, seafood, beef, lamb, goat meat and various types of poultry meet. We will be feauting home cooks, chefs and exploring all manners of cooking styles, from traditional, to ethnic, to fusion and other cooking styles and methods. We will explore cultural cooking styles from English, to Irish, German, African, Arabian, Chinese, East African, Moroccan, Mexican and Caribbean and other cultures. You will enjoy this segment of our food program.
